If you've been following me for a while you'll know that I follow Slimming World and trying to find syn free / low syn snacks is a vital thing especially as I am always up for trying something new. When Naked Noodles wanted to send me some products to try I snapped them up.

The Perfect Summer Base
When summer comes around I am always after a light base. Something which I can wear on a day to day basis which is quick and easy to apply but still gives a flawless finish.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade
I thought it was time I did a review on the only thing I've been using on my brows for a good couple of months. I'm a bit late on the whole Anastasia Brow Product bandwagon but I'm so glad I finally did.

NARS Velvet Shadow Stick in Hollywoodland*
I was recently was very fortunate enough to be sent a couple of products from NARS. I have been a lover of NARS products for quite a while now but haven't really ventured out of what I know and own. However, after this year getting the opportunity to buy the NARS Highlighting Blush in Albatross my love for NARS has definitely grown and so I was very excited when this velvet shadow stick was one of the products that arrived at my door.
The shade I have is Hollywoodland which is described as being a pale gold and is such a versatile shade and perfect for this time of year when I personally opt for more golden-smokey eyes.
I have tried a number of shadow sticks in the past and find they pull or tug on my eyes but the NARS one glides on effortlessly and has an amazing pay off that can be sheered out with your finger or continuously built up to make a gorgeous gold colour.
I pair this with my NARS Pro Perfect Primer and I find it lasts really well on my eyes. I often use the Urban Decay Half Baked eyeshadow to build up the colour and set the shadow stick in place and find its a perfect shade to match and makes my blue eyes POP.
I am seriously impressed with the amazing quality of these and the longevity of a product that is so creamy. I will definitely be looking into the different shades that are available in this range as well.
The NARS Velvet Shadow Sticks retail for £20 and are available from most retailers (which now includes FeelUnique).

NARS Pro-Prime Eyeshadow Base
This post has been a long time coming, ever since I first heard Anna rave about this many moons ago and said how she believed it to be better than the Urban Decay Primer Potion I knew I just had to have it. Fast forward a couple of years and it is still a must have in my collection which I find myself buying time after time.
Seventeen Eye Shadow
After having a mini YouTube session (which happens more often than not) and binge watching FleurDeForce's most recent videos I noticed her mentioning the Seventeen Eye Eye Shadow in Rose Quartz numerous times and decided I needed to pick it up. Then as always there was an offer on so I had to pick up another one and decided I ought to share my opinion on this recent finding.
L'Oreal Hair Expertise EverSleek
The L'Oreal Hair Expertise has a number of ranges for different hair needs including EverSleek, EverStrong, EverRiche and EverPure. I personally use the EverSleek range as its for coarse and frizzy hair, which I seem to experience from use of excess heat on my hair. This is one of the only hair ranges I keep repurchasing over and over so thought it was time to give my opinion on it. The reason I purchased this was because of essiebutton as she raved about the Hair Expertise range.
I didn't originally expect to get attached to this hair range as I can be quite fussy when it comes to hair products and used to only stick with my trusted Aussie range, but from my first use of this stuff I knew it was great and since then I haven't looked back. I've been using this for months and I'm still impressed with the results. My hair is smoother and in better condition, even my hairdresser has noticed the difference and continues to compliment me on how good my hair is at the moment and its all done to these wonder products.
I can't say that I stick to using this range all of the time but it does dominate my shower and I sometimes mix it up adding another range in between washes to try new products out but I always end up back to this. I have like 3 back ups at the moment, just in case I run out and also I always pick some up whenever they are on offer because it's a steal for the amazing product you are getting.
As I said there are numerous other ranges, designed for other hair types but after looking at reviews online a lot of people are getting similar results from the L'Oreal Hair Expertise Range, so there is a range to be found for you and I would 100% recommend trying out this hair range if you haven't already.
If you have any recommendations for me please let me know in the comments below because I'm always open to trying new haircare!
Review : Origins Super Spot Remover
I have struggled with spots throughout the entirety of my early teenage years and due to not having a job or much pocket money I frequently walked aimlessly up the aisles of Boots and brought probably some of the worst products for my blemish prone skin. They destroyed my skin and inevitably made my blemish problem worse. As soon as I got a job at the age of 16 and a few spots had returned I finally was able to purchase probably one of the most hyped up spot treatments across the blogging sphere, the Origins Super Spot Remover. I was quite sceptical as it quite expensive for the amount of product you receive but I decided it was worth it, this is my skin, something I have to live with for the rest of my life. I was not disappointed. I apply this at night by dabbing a small film of the treatment gel over the blemish and let the product do its magic overnight. I find with particularly stubborn spots this takes a few uses to fully get rid of the spot but I did notice a dramatic improvement on the redness and after the spot had finally gone there was little or none post blemish darkening of the skin.
I have been really impressed with this Origins products and despite it being only a teeny tiny bottle of product a little really does go a long way. If there's one blemish treatment you have in your skincare collection it should be this. It really does work and despite not being cheap for £15 for 10ml from Debenhams it's worth it, definitely a must have or a must try.
